Choosing the EDF
This is a test under ideal conditions. The actual thrust is expected to be 30-50g less. The appropriate EDF should be selected according to the flight weight. The flight weight is the weight of all aircraft except the remote control.
If the flight weight of the aircraft is 180g, the thrust reaches 130g and the aircraft can take off, but it does not mean that it will fly well, so it is best to configure EDF according to 1:1

Hello There!
I have a 14000KV that is supposed to run @ 7.4V. I am wondering If I can run it at 9 volts?
I was trying to run it using a 2S battery yet it would only run at one speed and die at half throttle. I reprogrammed my 10Amp esc three times trying to get full range on the throttle. It did not work. I Tried with a 3S and it spun up very fast. I then tried to see what its range was and fried my 10 Amp ESC. I have new 25Amp ESC’s in the mail as well as better batteries. My question is… Is 7.4 volts nominal, a suggestion, or can this motor take 9 volts?
It cannot be used at 9V
14000KV can only use 7.4V and 20A ESC. Please use within the scope of the test data sheet. thanks
